Welcome, Agents. Hidden postal routes connect your world to countless others, and some are in danger. People have gone missing, and magical objects called Restricted Packages may be behind the strange happenings. Each month, your family takes on a new mission: step into the missing characters’ shoes, recover their memories, and discover how the events connect. Work together, share your ideas, and keep your eyes open and your imaginations ready. The Mailroom is counting on you.

Made by two longtime friends who wanted family time to feel like an adventure.
We’ve been friends since school, and now we both have kids of our own. Seeing how stories could transport our children to entirely different worlds inspired us to create an adventure we could all take part in. That idea became Mystery Mailroom: an imaginative, screen-free game where kids and adults step into character, follow clues, and bring the story to life together. We hope every delivery gives families a reason to get curious, share a laugh, and spend a little more time together.
